Client Services Administrator

To best support New Zealanders in money chaos, CAP  is transforming its Services. We’re seeking an experienced administrator to join the  Client Services team for the next 12 months. You’ll take great care in providing the best possible service to clients – partnering with others to ensure clients are supported as they start their journeys out of unmanageable debt.

Head of IT

The Head of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for championing and leading CAP’s overall IT strategy and transformational roadmap. CAP is looking for a seasoned tech leader, who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into a bit of everything, from BAU IT services, budgets, cyber security, facilitating training to building CAP’s tech capabilities.

Income and Entitlements Coach

The level of a client’s income can make a difference to the depth — and length of time — spent in money chaos. Because some clients are not receiving the income they ‘re entitled to, CAP has launched a 12-month strategic project. As Income and Entitlements Coach, you’ll explore ways to provide the best possible service to clients. You’ll help new clients to access the income they are entitled to. This exciting role will help to ease the burden on individuals and whānau — accelerating their steps  towards financial resilience — and freeing them from unmanageable debt faster.

People & Culture Coordinator

As the People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll help to facilitate the best experience of mahi for CAP employees, by providing excellent administrative support and assistance to the People and Culture (“P&C”) team and wider organisation.

CAP Chaplain

Be part of an exciting new 12-month project to identify innovative ways of connecting volunteers with people on a journey towards financial resilience. These wonderful volunteers are essential to the mahi of ending money chaos in Aotearoa. As the CAP Chaplain, you’ll provide the emotional, social and spiritual support needed for these new volunteers to successfully outwork their roles. 

Digital Engagement Lead

Want to help CAP to meaningfully connect with audiences in CAP digital channels? You’ll get to delight audiences and encourage desired behaviours as you develop, maintain and measure ‘mana-affirming digital content’… in keeping with CAP’s client-centred brand direction!

Volunteer Manager

Do you want to play a part in engaging Followers of Jesus in impactful volunteer opportunities? As Volunteer Manager you will be responsible for shaping and outworking a new volunteer strategy which focuses on volunteer engagement, training, and capability-building.  

Partnership Manager

Play a key role in CAP’s partnership strategy. As Partnership Manager, you will ensure CAP’s services can be delivered sustainably and effectively across Aotearoa in partnership with locally-based partners, including churches, community organisations and social service providers.
