Budget Solutions Advisor

As the Budget Solutions Advisor, you’ll be resposible for ensuring that all new clients who are engaged with CAP’s Debt Help Service are set up for success in their journey out of debt. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, while also demonstrating an aptitude for big picture thinking. You will love problem solving and be highly motivated to find beneficial outcomes for our clients.

CAP Money Coordinator

CAP Money is a popular money management course, teaching New Zealanders to spend, budget and save well. Based in CAP Head Office in Tāmaki Makaurau, CAP is looking for a person to join our team for 12 months. You’ll equip and connect with CAP Money Coaches, who are running local courses across Aotearoa.

Project Management Coach

As the Project Management Coach, you’ll support CAP teams with running projects, equipping, and inspiring them towards excellent project management. You’ll ensure that projects for design, piloting, scaling, and evaluation facilitated in BAU teams are run with excellence.

Engagement and Events Business Partner

As the Engagement & Events Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CAP’s culture, employee gatherings, and events, with a focus on increasing employee engagement. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering initiatives that enhance the employee experience and capabilities within CAP. Your expertise in engagement, event planning, and internal communications will contribute to creating a positive and thriving work culture.
