Head of Gospel Engagement

As the Head of Gospel Engagement, you will have a passion and vision to support people on their unique faith journeys and in their relationships with Jesus.  This role will lead the co-design of relevant and impactful approaches and initiatives that will encourage people to take a step forward in their faith journey. You will be energised and deeply inspired by the Gospel/Te Rongopai and different expressions of Christian faith. You have a heart to see a weaving together of Te Rongopai and Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your work.

New Clients Coordinator

You’ll carry out a range of administration and support tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding of clients with CAP’s Debt Help service. This role requires excellent attentional to detail, a mix of organisational and interpersonal skills. You’ll also play a vital role in helping bridge different teams and stakeholders together to enable progression of client accounts.

Supporter Engagement Coordinator

You’ll work closely with the Fundraising team to build relationships with new and existing supporters. You’ll make supporters feel immensely valued, report on campaigns, oversee daily donations and work to grow one-off and regular funding. Ultimately, this means more CAP clients can continue to receive the free help they need!

Grants Writer

As the Grants Writer, you’ll contribute to the overall work of the Fundraising, Marketing and Communications Team. You’ll be responsible for seeking out and applying to trusts and foundations, to acquire funding for the work of CAP; and to support the FMC team by providing other writing functions where necessary.

Client Support Advisor

You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through a debt management plan — combining professional budgeting advice with long term care. This ensures that clients are equipped with practical help and emotional support to face life’s challenges and remain on track with their journey out of debt.
