People and Culture Business Partner

Reporting to the People and Culture Director, the People & Culture Business Partner manages the delivery of CAP’s employee experience across the full employee life-cycle. This is a fast paced and varied role, where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include taking a key role in supporting and developing CAP leaders to navigate their way confidently through all employee related matters.
