Client Setup Coordinator

The New Clients Team is responsible for the onboarding of applicants to CAP’s Debt Help Service, and for the initial stages of clients’ debt free journeys.

Head of Church Relationships

Reporting to the Services Director, leading a team of three direct reports, and working closely with the other Heads within the Services Department, the Head of Church Relationships leads the relationship and engagement with churches as one of CAP’s key stakeholder groups.

New Projects Manager

The New Projects Manager role sits within the newly created Service Development team, with a primary focus on delivering projects which strengthen all parts of CAP’s services to our clients.  The projects involve all aspects of change, including improvement and innovation initiatives.

Key Supporter Manager

Work with individuals and organisations making significant investments. Engagement and commitment so supporters feel part of a movement. Optimise donor journey and develop initiatives for new income.
