Budget Solutions Advisor

As part of the New Clients Team, the purpose of this role is to ensure that all our new clients who are engaged with the CAP ‘Debt Help’ service are set up for success in their journey out of debt. This role requires a mix of excellent technical and interpersonal skills. It is an extremely unique and rewarding role that is vital to the work of CAP.

Client Support Adviser

As part of the the Client Support Team the Client Support adviser is responsible for guiding clients through a debt management plan by combining professional budgeting advice with long term care. This ensures that clients are equipped with practical help and emotional support to face life’s challenges and remain on track with their journey out of debt. 

Service Development Administrator

As part of the Service Development Team, the purpose of this role is to implement pilot projects that test new ways of providing CAPs Debt Help service. CAP is constantly seeking to improve outcomes for our clients, and this role is at the coal face of trialling new approaches and innovation.

Debt Solutions Adviser

As part of the Debt Solutions Team, the purpose of this role is to ensure that anyone who comes to CAP struggling with unmanageable debt can receive a solution to their financial situation. By applying a broad awareness of debt clearance options, you play a part in restoring hope to families who may not have previously seen a way out of their financial struggles.

New Clients Coordinator

As part of the New Clients Team, the purpose of this role is to ensure that all our new clients are set up well for their journey out of debt through various administration and support tasks. You will play an integral part in restoring hope to individuals and families by helping them find a way to become debt free.

Head of Church Relationships

Reporting to the Services Director, leading a team of three direct reports, and working closely with the other Heads within the Services Department, the Head of Church Relationships leads the relationship and engagement with churches as one of CAP’s key stakeholder groups.

New Projects Manager

The New Projects Manager role sits within the newly created Service Development team, with a primary focus on delivering projects which strengthen all parts of CAP’s services to our clients.  The projects involve all aspects of change, including improvement and innovation initiatives.
