Client Rights Advocacy Team Leader

As the Client Rights Advocate Team Leader, you’ll lead the team to take CAP service offering to another level within the Building Financial Capability sector. You will monitor and facilitate technical outputs and accuracy of the CRA Team, and develop cohesive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to extend CAP’s influence within the Building Financial Capability sector.

Budget Solutions Adviser

As the Budget Solutions Advisor, you will have a mix of big-picture thinking and excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll be part of the New Clients Team, and the Budget Solutions Advisor’s responsibility is to ensure that all new clients who are engaged with CAP’s Debt Help service are set up for success in their journey out of debt.

Key Relationship Lead

As the Key Relationship Lead, you’ll work closely alongside the wider fundraising team to build lasting relationships with new and existing Key Supporters. The purpose of this role is to ensure that these supporters feel valued and connected with CAP’s mahi and purpose, and are inspired to invest financially, ensuring vulnerable New Zealanders receive the vital support they need.

Grants Writer

As the Grants Writer, you’ll contribute to the overall work of the Fundraising, Marketing and Communications Team. You’ll be responsible for seeking out and applying to trusts and foundations, to acquire funding for the work of CAP; and to support the FMC team by providing other writing functions where necessary.
