Head of Client Services
As Head of Client Services, you’ll work closely with the Services Director to provide strong, strategic leadership of the Client Services team. With a drive for service excellence, continuous improvement, and long-term sustainability, you will be responsible for delivering meaningful impact for CAP clients across Aotearoa. You’ll also be a subject matter expert in the ‘Building Financial Capability’ Sector, contributing to the growth of CAP’s org-wide financial acumen.
Partnership Manager
As an essential member of the ‘Partner Services and Support’ team, you will outwork CAP’s partnership strategy to ensure CAP’s services can be delivered sustainably and effectively across Aotearoa. This role promises a unique opportunity to nurture and explore partnership with a variety of local organisations including churches, social service providers, community organisations and Kaupapa Māori and Pasifika organisations.
Solution Support Manager
As the Solution Support Manager, you’ll provide leadership and management of all operations for the Solution Support team, fostering a client-centred, accountable and collaborative team culture. With a focus on continous learning, and strengthening client relationships with money, self, others and God, you’ll play an integral part in supporting clients along their journey from money chaos to thriving.
Advocacy Manager
Join CAP as our Advocacy Manager, leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional advocacy services for clients facing irresponsible lending. This role involves managing service delivery, fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and building strategic relationships to maximize positive client outcomes. You’ll oversee operations, mentor a team of Advocacy Advisers, and champion CAP’s values to help more people thrive and find financial resilience.
Coach Onboarding Manager
As the Coach Onboarding Manager, you’ll strengthen local communities by equipping churches and organisations to recruit, train, and engage volunteers who confidently serve their communities with compassion. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, delivering impactful training and fostering relationships across teams and stakeholders, and championing CAP’s values and initiatives.
Creditor Relations Coordinator
As the Creditor Relations Coordinator, you’ll contribute to the delivery of Debt Help by coordinating relationships with lenders to achieve positive client outcomes regarding their secured and unsecured debts. You’ll conduct assessments centred around client goals and collaborate effectively to ensure that pathways for clients are well communicated between stakeholders. You’ll also develop relationships with key lenders and other sector stakeholders in order to maximise effective debt negotiations.
Client Support Administrator
As the Client Support Administrator, you’ll provide vital administration support to the Financial Mentor Team to ensure the successful delivery of Debt Help services for clients. Along with an excellent ability to accurately and efficiently collect and process information, your pursuit of positive client outcomes will enable the Financial Mentor team to best help clients achieve their goals and be set free from money chaos
Financial Mentor Supervisor
In this fixed-term role, you’ll be responsible for coaching and supporting newly trained Financial Mentors to embed industry knowledge, grow competencies, and deliver best practices in client services. As the Financial Mentor Supervisor, you’ll monitor casework, provide constructive feedback, and ensure mentors successfully complete their provisional period.
Services Trainer
As CAP’s Services Trainer, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training initiatives to equip staff and volunteers in CAP’s Debt Help model. This role involves creating quality training resources, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring training aligns with organisational priorities and best practices. This position requires strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with CAP’s Christian philosophy.
