How it works
CAP Life Skills takes eight sessions, spread across eight weeks.
Each session will last 60 to 90 minutes.
Money impacts so many areas of our lives: what you can or can’t afford, your relationships, what you eat, your health and wellbeing, and more. With CAP Life Skills you’ll get practical, helpful tools so that you can make the most of what you have and enjoy life.
You can expect a relaxed and supportive environment full of like-minded people from your community. The course material is designed to help you flourish, even on a low income. You’ll learn vital life skills such as how to make smart money decisions, how to shop and cook healthy food on a budget, and how to build healthy, happy relationships.

How CAP Life Skills can help
You will be joined on the course by a fun community of like-minded people. As the course progresses, you’ll not only learn vital life-skills, but you’ll also get to know a great group of friendly locals.
Course
The eight-week course is a fun and interactive way to learn practical skills that help you make the most of what you have. Sessions include how to identify needs and wants, building an easy-to-use budget and cooking balanced, affordable meals. You'll also learn keys to developing healthy relationships.
Coaching
Your Life Skills coaches will provide you with practical and relevant support to help you get the most out of the group. They are open and caring people who will walk with you every step of the Life Skills journey.
