The Client Support Team provides long-term support for our clients as they work their way out of debt. This involves working within a team on a range of activities including providing pastoral support to our clients as they navigate changes in their life circumstances, by phone, email and text, giving creative advice to clients who are facing financial difficulty, adapting budgets to reflect these changes and handling savings requests. At the core of all CAP does is sharing the life-transforming heart of Jesus towards a life of peace and purpose for our clients.
What makes you right for this role? You are confident and motivated by compassion, a clear communicator and an excellent administrator. You have casework experience in a team environment and an understanding of the mental and physical challenges that financial stresses can create. You ‘re good with numbers, can think outside the box and passionate about sharing God’s love with people.
