Client Setup Caseworker (6-month fixed term contract)

Join the vibrant and fast-paced Client Setup Team and help build life-transforming budgets for our clients to give them the best possible start as they begin their journey out of poverty and debt with CAP.

Do you have a heart to help and encourage people in need? Are you an organised problem solver and a clear communicator? Then this role could be for you!

The Client Setup Team manages the setup phase of CAP’s Debt Centre clients which includes building the client’s initial budget and negotiating with creditors and Government agencies before transferring clients to the long-term Support Team. At the core of all CAP does is sharing the life-transforming heart of Jesus and helping clients to toward a life of peace and purpose.
