How Life Skills works
CAP Life Skills helps and supports you through
- an eight-week course
- a fun and relaxed community group and
- one-on-one coaching sessions.
CAP Life Skills provides a fun community of like-minded people from your area that you can support and be supported by throughout the course. You can be confident that as you join the CAP Life Skills journey, you’ll not only learn vital life-skills, you’ll also make some great friends!
Course – The 8-week course is a fun and interactive way to learn practical skills to making the most of what you have. Sessions include how to identify needs and wants, building an easy-to-use budget and cooking healthy, cheap meals. You will also learn keys to developing healthy relationships and a life full of joy and hope.
Your Life Skills coach will provide you with practical and relevant support to ensure you get the most out of the course. They are open and caring people who will walk with you every step of the CAP Life Skills journey.
