Raise money for CAP so even more Kiwis have a chance to experience hope and help.

Imagine ticking something off your bucket list and raising money for a life-changing cause at the same time! By choosing to Make It Your Mission and run your own sponsored event, you’ll play a vital part in lifting Kiwis out of poverty – and, have a heap of fun in the process.

How it works

Whether you’re a keen marathon runner, expert baker, or simply looking for an excuse to do that skydive, taking part in a Make it your Mission challenge is as easy as 1, 2, 3…

1. Choose your challenge and fundraising target.
2. Use the form below to let us know what you’ve planned (and get stocked with MIYM supplies).
3. Create a GiveaLittle page and start spreading the word to family and friends!
That way you can be confident all the money you raise goes to CAP.

“We hiked all day because we were passionate about putting one day aside for families in desperate need in NZ. We achieved our fundraising goal, wore ourselves out, and had a fun day out while doing it!” - Ben, Cam & Wade

“I want every individual to know they are WORTH IT! I ran the Auckland half marathon for all those people who need HOPE.” - Eilidh

“I’ve never been a sporty type, but decided to step out of my comfort zone and do a mini triathlon to raise funds for CAP! I believe in their vision to lift people out of dark situations...and the triathlon turned out to be good fun too!” - Esther

“I was part of a team, that ran, cycled and swam a total distance of 1,223kms, because I see the life changing impact of CAP services and I want those services to be available right across this nation.” - Kate

“I was keen to run the marathon and raise money for CAP because I know the money I raised greatly helps Kiwis and their families who are in need.” - Michael
