Client Support Unit (CSU) Case Worker – Full Time

CSU provides long term support to CAP Partner Church's clients as they work their way out of debt. It's team members are responsible for providing ongoing debt counselling and casework for existing clients. This involves maintaining and updating client budgets as their situations change, continuing to negotiate and maintain good relationships with priority creditors and to provide ongoing support as clients need, to enable them to get out of debt.

The right person for this role will have a heart for justice, a heart for the poor and needy in New Zealand and a love for God. They will be a learner, an excellent and confident communicator (especially on the phone), have natural negotiating skills and be someone who likes to get on with things. They will also be a great administrator with good numerical skills, a fast worker, have keen attention to detail and be very organised. This role is full-time and based at Christians Against Poverty’s Head Office, Otahuhu, Auckland.
