Life was up and down, it really had no meaning. I couldn’t budget, pay bills or save anything, it was just chaotic. I found it difficult to set clear boundaries, and people took advantage of my kindness. I really struggled with money; there just wasn’t enough.
 

I met CAP through WINZ. They gave me the 0508 number to call and since then it’s been really awesome. Working with CAP has given me confidence and now I go to church where I’m meeting lots of people and learning to break away from things and say no, I can speak out the things I want to say.
 

I’ve learnt about myself and how to save money. It is awesome to be able to budget and plan for things by putting money aside in to my savings.
